2011′s Gratitude Meditation

I’m gratefull because I breathe,

I’m gratefull because I’m present in this world,

I’m gratefull or all the kindness that exists, inside and outside of me,

I’m gratefull for my inspiration and dreams of a better future,

I drink a toast for the next year and the times I will be happy and will make others happy,

For a future where I love and I’m loved,

For a future where I serve and I’m served,

For a future full with abundance and miracles for others and me,

For a future where my talents help to build a better world,

For a future where I admire the beauties of nature,

For a future where I trust that everything is for my well being,

I accept that I’m valuable and I’m gratefull because I know everything will be as I expect.

Life is very simple!!!

Life is very simple. Your life’s made of two kind of events: positive’s and negative’s. Each part of your life, your health, money, relationships, work or happiness, could be positive o negative.

 You can have money or lack of it. Be healthy or sick. Be in a happy relationship or in difficult ones.

 Have an exciting and successful job or a boring one. You are really happy or feel miserable most of the time.

 Have good years or bad ones, good or bad moments, good or bad days.

 If you have more negative things in your life than positive ones, then something’s really wrong.

 If you see that people around you are happy, that they are achieving their goals, you have to know that you deserve it too. You deserve a life full of happiness and nice things.

 Without exception, everyone have inside everything they need to achieve their dreams.

The essence of a new day

I want to share with all of you, an article that arrived to my hands today…

This is the beginning of a new day
You have been given this day to use as you will
You can waste it or use it for good
What you do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it
When tomorrow comes this day will be gone forever;
in its place is something that you have left behind…
Let it be something good.

Principles to improve your life

Life demands everyone a contribution. Which one is the price you’re willing to pay to find life’s meaning?

It’s up to you to find out the meaning of life. Maybe answering this simple question may help you out.

1. Am I a victim or a main character? Everybody has the right to choose, even though they don’t believe they have that choice. Choose to change, don’t expect others to do so.

2. Which ones are my values? Establish and take on your life’s values. What you value the most in your life?

3. What is the meaning of what is happening to me? Find out what does good and bad moments means, because it sure have a meaning. Ask yourself what does this situation means?

4. What I am doing is against my believes? Don’t work against yourself. Don’t obsess to do something because you can make mistakes that will hurt you unnecessarily.

5. Does it get me near my goal? Always look at yourself from a distance and with a sense humor. If you don’t, you will go to pieces when you fail.

6. What can I learn from all of this?Find the positive issue of everything that happens to you, it always has.

7. Am I giving the best of myself? Finally, you have to go beyond yourself; don’t think only in you, but also in your family or clients. Live your life giving every day more than you did the day before.

 

Why you should take control of your life

I want to share a story I received by email, it helped me understand why we have to take control of our life.

 Two seeds were together in the spring time and fertile ground. 

 The first seed said:

 -I want to grow! To extend my roots in the deepness of the ground that holds me and make my sprouts push throughout. I want to spread my sprouts like flags announcing that Spring has arrive. I want to feel the warm of the sun in my face and the blessing of the morning dewdrops on my petals!

And it grew as it has wish.

The second seed said:

-I’m afraid. If I send my roots to sink on the ground, I don’t know what I will find in the darkness. My sprout can hurt if I push them through the hard ground. A snail may try to eat my buds. A kid may cut my flowers. No, it’s better to wait for a safer time to come out.

And it waited.

Spring time arrived and a hen that was searching for food found the seed that was waiting and ate it!

  “Life eats those who resist to risk and grow.”

 

Leaving routine behind

When our life is a routine, it’s feeling meaningless, we’re feeling bored, we should pay attention.  Here are some advices to left the routine behind:

  1. Take time for yourself: Time for you, to find yourself, because life is more than just eat, work and sleep. Ask yourself if you’re living the life you want, are you getting near your dreams and goals. If you aren’t, it’s time to do something about it, take action and start enjoying your life, that’s why we are in this world.
  2. Do something different: If your relation with your couple and your family are difficult, things at your work or at your business doesn’t work as they use to because you’re trapped in boredom, then you should start doing different things. Change the way you’re living, start with a little thing. In Creating Money: Keys to Abundance, the author tells us that we can start satisfying our needs right now. “You can have a joyful, fulfilling life and realize your greater potential without the material things you want to create. The essence of anything that will serve your higher good is within your reach. The universe doesn’t say you can have what is good for you only after you make a million dollars. The universe says that whatever is for your higher good you can have right now, today.”

Don’t expect that someone changes your life, because you are the only responsible of doing it.

 

Getting rid of negative thoughts

It’s really important to be happy, to feel happy, because we won’t attract what we desire if we are feeling negative.

But, what we can do to get rid of negative, which affect our life, our health, our economy and our relations? I suggest you:

  • Remember or create as many positives events as you can: For a week, take a few minutes every day to remember the happiest moments of your life. Then get a journal, titled it: “Things I love to remember”, and write your happiest experiences, funny events and positive situations. If you can’t remember, then create or invent them.
  • Expand the limits of your happiness: At the same journal, save a few pages, titled it: “How happy I could be?” and let your imagination fly, thinking events that could happen that will make you happier thant you have ever been.
  • Get rid of your negative memories: When you find yourself remembering a negative event, because your mind wants to give yourself a warning that it could happen again or to remind yourself that you can trust…just forget it. Don’t play your mind’s game and make as it never happened. Imagine yourself having a magical eraser that allows you to erase from your mind all your negative experiences, and erase them. And when you feel tempted to recall them, remind yourself that this event doesn’t exist, because you have already erased it.

Are you feeling panic or fear?

In our life we experience many events, likes family’s sickness, accidents, losing jobs, arguments with people we care and love, that make us feel uncontrollable fear or panic, that don’t allow us to think clearly and make us see everything worst than it really is.

We must learn how to return to peace when we are experiencing fear or panic, produce by any circumstance.  We should learn to use our powerful mind to plan strategies and step out of the situation we’re living.

When we are in shock, produced by fear or panic, our brain liberates adrenaline, which affects our ability to think because all of our blood goes to our muscles, as a primitive response to fight or escape. That’s why all the decisions we make when we’re stressed are less effective than those we take when we’re really calm down.

If you are feeling fear or panic, always remember:

  • Concentrate your energy in a prayer or affirmation.
  • Ask for Higher help for showing you the best way to go.
  • Be aware of the signs that are sent to you.
  • Take action.

Needing peace of mind? How to quiet your mind and connect with your inner being

I was out of cyberspace for about a month and a half, because my laptop broke down (my fault!!!). But, as I used to say, everything happens for a reason. I used this “free time” to start reading a great book (I will comment it in some other time, because I haven’t finished it) and to restart with my Yoga lessons.  Loading …

Tonight, my class was awesome. The instructor took it easy on us because today is “full moon”, so she didn’t want us to be hurt. And told us something very interesting… “try to be calm (she refers to our bodies and our minds) and listen to the Truth you have inside…”

We are so full of information, noise, distractions, that sometimes we can’t even listen to our own thoughts and our inner guidance. Feelings are a wonderful guide in our life but we often don’t trust what we feel and we act against them. We must connect to our own and real feelings, because they will direct our thoughts, our life.

Take a time to be alone, when you can think quiet and peacefully, so you can connect to what you feel about that part of your life that is affecting or bothering you right now.  Think in that situation and feel your reactions and signs because those are the answers to your questions.

One of the best ways to achieve mental quietness and to connect to our thoughts, feelings and our inner being is Meditation. This technique is effective when we really connect with ourselves. You don’t have to be sited for hours and hours, it could be for only one minute; what really counts is the quality of your meditation and the faith that we have in what we receive as answers.

 

How to achieve what’s on your vision board

The vision board is a helpful tool to achieve our dreams through the Law of Attraction, but it will work better if we use it in this way:

1. Stop yearning and start really wishing: The difference between yearn and wish is huge. While wishing is a positive feeling, yearning isn’t, because this is what we feel when we don’t have what we want. So if we want to achieve the dreams and goals in our vision board, we must take off the negative energy of them and start feeling positive ones.

2. Transform your old creations; all our believing, positives or negatives, are creations that we make them work with our minds: Sometimes our wishes or goals don’t come true because our negative creations are bigger than those wishes.

Some of the worst believing we may have are:

  • It’s hard to get what I want.
  • I don’t know someone that have achieve it.
  • I’m a looser.
  • I have to much problems to focus on what I want.
  • I have tried everything and I never make some progress.
  • It’s impossible.
  • Money is limited, love is limited, health is limited, success is limited, all good stuff are limited.

This negative believing are our creations (that ourselves have put them to work) and will create our life.

But if we empowered our dreams and goals by changing our creations into positive ones, then we’ll synchronize with the Universe and we’ll for sure achieve what we desire.

That’s why we must start right now to deactivated our old creations, stop believing them. When we find out think that way we must think:

  • Is easy to achieve what I want.
  • I know that if other people have made it, I can too.
  • I was born to succeed.
  • I’m making progress, in fact I have made a huge progress.
  • I can!.

3. Make peace with your current situation.

We must be sure that right now, we are in the exact place that we have to be, even thought we don`t know why. We tehn must stop fighting with our current situation, be patient with ourself and make peace with our current life as it is now.

If we keep fighting with our life, we won’t achieve your dreams because our mental energy is too busy fighting with reality.

We must surrender to all that have happened to us, love our negative creations and let them go in peace. This will allow us to transform our energy into a positive one, because when we aren’t upset with our life, all our problems or situations will loose their power over us.

“Energy isn’t created nor destroyed, only transformed”, which means that non of our problems can be destroyed, only can be transformed. If we transform our energy, situations will transform too and our wishes may come true.
